This morning I woke up at 5:30 so I could take a shower. I of course fed and relieved Julio. Then I spent the time running around trying to figure out what the heck I was supposed to do to get ready. I mananged to get ready on time though and soon we were off.
Mom drove us to the chiropractor and I had my adjustment. Going into the building, I hit myself in the face with the door. Nice going right?
I arived at school about twenty minutes early, and Julio was excited! He pulled so hard! I had to keep steadying him down.
I got to options by trial and error, but it wasn't too bad, and I made the same mistake with a cane.
It was pretty boring to be honest. Our teacher tried, but it's hard to make the first day of school stuff interesting!
Diane came, and I relieved Julio, then headed to Eastern Civilization. That went well, but we hadn't started working on any content yet.
Julio did pretty well at finding my CIS Writing And Critical Reading room, and he seemed to be happy to have a break. We had an interesting discussion on what it would be like if we were the only ones who could write.
I relieved and watered Julio, then went to our office in the media center and ate lunch. I took Julio out of harness and gave him his bone to chew while I ate. Then I petted him a little and reassured him that he was being a very good boy. I think the break helped him!
Journalism was cool, but we still had the first day of school stuff to get through.
In French, I was allowed to give a little speech about Julio and no, it wasn't in French.
All in all, it went really well. Julio made me proud, but I think he was overwhelmed. I hope tomorrow is better for him!
