Is anyone really surprised that
Sleep Disturbances Heighten Pain
This really doesn't surprise me, at all. It's definitely not surprising to most of the doctors I've worked with. Sleep is one of the things they monitor for me, by which I mean that they definitely ask me about sleep at most every appointment.
It is always reassuring to see studies that validate things I could've told someone. The snarky side of me says "If you're gonna spend all that money, just pay me for an answer. I might even give a discount." I think I really need some coffee...
