I'm trying to figure out how hard it's going to be to get to Brewberry's tomorrow morning. The thing is, Julio needs the exercise, because otherwise tomorrow will be boring for him. My balance is okay, but I still find snow painful to walk in, and get nervous about falling. Even though my strength is good, when, like right now, I'm in a lot of pain, I don't always trust my foot to perform to its highest ability. I'm working on physical therapy stuff to see what I can do from a self-care perspective.
Snow is NOT good for pain levels. If you've got pain, be careful. Even if you don't, be careful. Getting hurt is not good.
