Daily living skills

I guess I'm not missing out in hat, being a girl, I couldn't join boy scouts. I'm learning all sorts of ways to tie therabands to stuff to do various exercises. Isn't that productive/exciting?

The new exercise is a bit challenging, but it will probably give me better looking legs. If nothing else, I will be able to kick to the side with lots of force. Or, I will end up dislocating my hips. One of these things will probably happen...

As I said when my physical therapist showed me the new exercise, "I'm trying not to laugh."
