It seems that I'm not in a flare. My typical RSD response of a lot of swelling isn't activated, and the pain is manageable. It's hard to believe that controlling the pain when it was that bad actually made a difference, but it really did.
There are several things I could say here, one of which is the need for hope, but I haven't had my coffee yet, and don't want to try to think rationally yet. It is a little easier to accept dealing with this when pain is manageable, and more in the low to middle part of moderate, sometimes less than that.
I have two classes today, and then tomorrow we get off. I will enjoy the chance for a break, and to get to see the family, some friends and the Baxter. Baxter won't really care, he'll just be excited to see Julio. Hopefully, he won't play the "I hate you" game with me.
So, if you're in the area, feel free to call the cell. With that, I'm going to find some clothes and see if the school coffee shop can make espresso drinks or if I'm walking to Brewberry's today again.
