okay and resting at home. The nausea after surgery was absolutely awful, but now I'm fine there too. I'm taking pain meds and although I'm in pain, I've experienced worse pain before from the rsd. I'm feeling a bit frustrated at times with the effort it takes to do everything. But I feel much better now that I'm home and can go to the bathroom without buzzing a nurse. Hopefully, I'll gain some strength soon. I couldn't quite manage crutches, so I'm using a walker around the house and a wheelchair everywhere else. I didn't expect everything to be this hard. My grandparents made things like this look so easy! There are lots of things I could write, but I just feel tired and talking is easier. I don't yet have the energy I need to do a podcast though. I'm sorry! I hope to get to your comments soon, but don't feel up to all of this stuff yet. Although I don't like the experience of surgery, I'm making it through and I know it could be much worse. I'll say that the doctors and nurses made things as pleasant as they could. Also, did I ever describe the surgery? They fused the joint that's between the big toe joint and the ankle and moved/did something to my heel bone. They hope it will give me more stability.
