Broken

There I was standing at the register at Brewberry's when the zipper on my fanny pack broke. I know fanny packs are out of style, but i like using them. They don't swing back and forth to distract Julio and they're within easy reach. Unlike a purse, they're almost always in front of me, so no one can easily steal the wallet. Now, though, I'm not sure where to go to get another one and more importantly, I'm unsure of how to get back to the dorm without losing my stuff. I'm sure I'll figure it out. for now, though, I'll read about jazz and listen to American Roots.

Hugs!
Nickie

out of style
Just between you, me and Julio, I don't think that fanny packs have gone out of style! Their use is important to folks that need a free hand or two.

I lost my favorite fanny pack. It seems to have disappeared into thin air. The water-proof part was especially great - I could wear it under my clothes with no bother. Maybe I'm trying too hard to find it? I've looked for one similar but there are none to be had with the same qualities, perfect size and roomy compartments.

Good luck - I hope you can find another, Nickie!

Re: out of style

Personally, I love fanny packs, but I unfortunately catch some grief for wearing them. I hope you can find a fanny pack that meets your needs!

Don't allow your academic discourses and texts trick you into believing that jazz is boring or passé. I have plenty of examples to refute that claim if need be.

Don't worry, if anything, the class is making me more interested in jazz. I am considering taking a full class on it. I know only enough to be interested/intrigued, though, but I like what I hear.
