Did I ever mention how beautiful Chopin's Nocturne #27 (I think), is? Because it's absolutely wonderful. It's the same feeling I get from a good dinner/coffee out with friends, usually with dessert. This is just amazing. If I were ever to learn to play piano again, this would be my goal.

Seriously, if you ever have the chance to take a good music course for beginners, and by good I mean one that not only teaches the history but teaches you how to listen to music, do it. I really didn't want to take this, but am so so glad I did. I never really did a lot of evaluating art other than the occasional trip to take a white-glove tour at a museum, and now even that is probably out because of the time spent walking/standing, but music is something almost anyone can enjoy. Best of all, it's free. If you have a radio or computer (which you probably do), you can enjoy it. Listening to good music even helps me cope with pain.

I wasn't going to post about my art of listening class until it's over, but I guess I just did. There's so much to write about, so little time. Time to go back to studying, I guess.

You Think That's Beautiful?
I often find music to be the most therapeutic agent I use. I'm blow away by the beauty of pieces like this.

Re: You Think That's Beautiful?
If you can live without using RP for ripping and other functions, you could consider replacing it with a program like Real Alternative. You can also use the Winamp plug-ins, but I find they don't always work all the time.

Re: You Think That's Beautiful?
I'll take a look. Right now, RP is completely dead, so it won't be a loss of feature. Thanks!
