What on earth?

Okay, this post will be much tamer than what I wrote privately. I wrote that I was between a 3.5 and a 4 earlier. Well, try 6 now. I'm kicking myself for not knowing this was coming. My foot did the weird "get colder" thing. Now, it's too swollen to get into a shoe comfortably and it's blotchy purple and red.

I was so good this weekend. I limited my walking so much. The farthest I walked was the Coeur de Catherine. I didn't go get coffee because I was trying to keep pain levels down. It's so frustrating to try to do the right thing and have your foot retaliate.
