A small scare last night

I spent the rest of the day sitting around, writing and reading. I actually whimpered a lot (so sue me). Then, I was in the kitchen and we were about to frontline and heartworm the puppies and I put weight on my left (RSD) foot. I totally fell. This has happened a few times now, the time where I had to wear the cast boot, when I fell after French tutoring and now. This is kind of frightening. I'm not sure what it is, but I guess i'll have to raise the issue with one of my doctors. The question is, which one? I don't know if this is RSD related or if it's something to do with the tendon. All I know is it's pretty scary to fall. It's frustrating too! It really makes me feel like an older woman.
The pain was pretty bad last night, but today I'm tolerating it. I'm going to try to take it easy today if I can.
Hugs!
