I've figured out some reasons for the headache:
- Tension
- Hunger
I think once I have some food in me and I get some sleep I'll feel better.
I've succeeded in staying up 'til 7 which is a plus, but I have a few hours to go if I want to get my sleep schedule more reset.
Other than that, there's a lot that hasn't changed from previous posts.
