Argh!

So i've been doing some physical therapy exercises (which I usually get frustrated with because I'm not good at them). Anyway, I'm not strong enough to push out with my foot against the thera-band. I can go inward, upward and downward although I do fatigue easily. So since I can't even go out against the band, I have to do something with static resistance. So I push against mom's hand while she resists me.
Anyway, just to see, I pushed against mom's hand with the right one and there was a huge difference. Mom couldn't even resist that one!! But she has no problem resisting my left foot (the one that's all messed up.)
Hugs!
