I ended up sleeping a lot last evening, and I felt a little better today for it. I still need a little more rest, but at least I'm not so overwhelmed. What was it I said a few weeks ago about running myself into the ground? Oh well, I'm feeling much better now, and if I can just keep myself on track, I'll be fine. Writing yesterday helped too. I think it just helped clear my thoughts or something. I'm blanking on what else to say now, so I'm gonna go. Hugs! Nickie
