Note to self

It is not necessary to fall asleep every time you elevate your foot. Neither is it necessary to dream about having surgery completely awake. And it certainly does not need to include dying from the surgery. I'm sure my philosophy class could have fun with this. But at least I can prove that it is actually possible to die in your dreams. In the sense that death means going to a certain make-believe place many of us watched on TV. It was just so weird I had to share.

And, the good news is that we didn't lose any ground with strength physical therapy wise. Just watch, I'll be a ble to lift a car with my ankle yet. Bad humor and weid dreams aside, it's been a pretty good day. I even managed to be assertive about a few things! Including getting Julio to listen and not drag me across the sidewalk to go see someone he likes. He was not happy about that, but at least I don't have a scraped up knee this time.

I think it's time for bed. I just had to write about that dream...

No knee pads?

Does he have a cute little beagle girlfriend? Or does he fancy a human playmate?
