Boing, boing zoom!

Two of my friends and I took Julio out on the quad to enjoy the nice weather and run him around a bit. Julio did well with the flexy leash and enjoyed chasing the cong. It was fun to see him so active, and he was definitely tired when we got done.

We stopped by the gym to find that I've only gained 4 pounds since Christmas. In some ways, I'm relieved that it's not more. I'm still okay with the Body Mass Index, but I was slightly worried because when I had my block on Friday, I heard the doctor ask for a longer needle. I thought maybe I'd gotten fatter in that area... We tried to weigh Julio, but the darling dog wouldn't get on the scale.

Finally, Darling Daddy instant messaged to tell me that cashed should've been spelled cached in my previous entry. If you're gonna criticize my spelling, at least answer my questions about the moon. I just love LJ stalkers. That'll teach me to use a username more than once...

Hugs!
Nickie

Cats will never stay on the scale. The vet wanted to know (over the phone) how heavy was kitty. Well, it takes 2 people to check the weight of my furkids here at home. Someone else has to read the scale real quick before the lovely scratches his/her way out of my arms! Then again, I really don't want to know how much I weigh either (to minus kitty's weight) at that same moment.

Could you weigh the travel carrier with and without the furkid? That might work. Although I just realized that the scale may not handle the size of the carrier...
